Congratulations, Kim!

Over the weekend, our very own Kim Pearson won first place in the Fitness Atlantic bikini competition. She rocked it! Great job, Kim!

Hey Stef,
I have a trainer that is very interested in doing a bikini competition and a fitness model competition. She continues to get mix reviews from outsiders (traditionalist) about how she should train for these particular competitions; I thought maybe you could give her some great advice from the female perspective, as i’ve never trained for a bikini competition (LOL) ; ). If you can send me some info that may be of a great help. Thanks STEF…Keep up the great work in CT.
